This has been great at my allotment where I don’t have an electric supply. It rotovates well and the battery I have runs for about 45 minutes non stop. Great garden item.

Really good size to get between garden shrubs without damaging them. My soil is heavy clay which is a nightmare to hoe over each year as the clay crust hardens and forms cracks. I bought this yesterday to try to break it up and then add sharp sand and chicken pellets. I also bought a manual tiller (also Amazon) with two handles and a footplate which you twist to break up the soil. I did a little bit with the manual one before the Einhell was delivered. It worked well but the twisting was hard going. Not easy with my 70 year old weak muscles and a severe spinal condition. I tried the Einhell tiller for the first time today and what a game changer! It chews up the hard clay, first into larger pieces, and then after running the tiller over in the opposite direction, it reduced them to much smaller bits. The more you go over it, the deeper it can reach too. I only used it on speed number 2 and it worked fine. Weight-wise it's no problem for me because once it's in place I dont need to lift it much. In fact the little bit of weight helps to keep it down on the soil. It doesn't pull away from me or need any strength to hold it in place, which was a massive consideration for me. Because it's a battery tiller, it's much safer to use, especially when the blades need freeing, as I can remove the battery before touching the blades. Cons: it stops/clogs if it hits roots, long flowers, and chicken wire, and isn't the easiest to free up by hand. After the first 30 mins I used secateurs to free it up and get the job done more quickly. Excellent buy especially with the 5 months interest free offer at the moment.

Works well nice and easy to put together and use only thing is it clogged up a bit but that could be because I was using it on wet ground and grass

The whole package is easily assembled from the box, and is intuitive. It is very simple to use, and because it isn’t heavy it is easy to control. Because of it’s lightness it cannot really be expected to act as a rotavator, rather it tills soil that’s already been broken up, and this it does very well. The tines are quite close, and run fairly close to the body of the machine, and so if the soil is wet & heavy it is prone to jamming up (particularly if there are lots of roots or stones) and so care needs to be taken. That said it is a very effective little tool. I use the 5.2 Ah battery and I find that it lasts very well - although I do not use it on full power.

Solid build. Quality item. Got the tilling done and saved my back. Really happy with this purchase so far.

Great battery life. Value for money. Is only really good for tilling soil already dug, but will still help in reducing backbreaking spade work. Easy to use and not as heavy as it looks.

Blade sheered off after only a couple of months of use on my small allotment. No product support or repair offered.

Fait super bien son job. J'ai un jardin de 60 m2 avec des cailloux, je n'ai quasi pas de mauvaises herbes, je passe la binette tous les 2,3 jours c'est génial, pas lourd, magnable, et la charge tiens presque 2heures pour une recharge de 1/4 d'heure

suis très satisfaite de cette motobineuse, qui s’avère être un outil à la fois pratique et efficace. Elle est parfaitement adaptée aux petites surfaces et permet de travailler la terre rapidement sans trop d’effort. Sa prise en main est simple, même pour une personne qui n’est pas particulièrement expérimentée en jardinage. Elle est également assez légère, ce qui la rend facile à manipuler et à déplacer. Malgré sa taille compacte, elle reste performante et fait très bien son travail pour ameublir la terre et préparer le sol avant les plantations. Après plusieurs utilisations, je constate qu’elle fonctionne très bien et qu’elle répond pleinement à mes attentes. C’est un très bon compromis entre efficacité et simplicité d’utilisation. Je la recommande sans hésitation pour les petits jardins ou les potagers. Plus besoin de la bêche !
