H&P Pro Notebook (Extra Space for Note-taking) – Medical History and Physical Notebook for medical students, residents, nurse practitioner NP, and physician assistants PA

Makes history taking and presenting on clinical rotations in medical school much easier and streamlined. Would definitely recommend, it's worth the money! The only downside of this notebook is that it doesn't fit in a jacket or pant pocket, so it needs to be carried around.

Helpful to write down notes about patients during examination. It is organized well. It fits into the pocket of my white coat! Excellent tool!

I love this notebook! I prefer it to the other H&P notebook as this allows for more room during the subjective portion

Useful, but very tiny print and don't love that the meds area is on the second page. Also, whenever you go to throw the pages away,since they're back-to-back, you either have to save the last page or lose the first page for the next patient.

I like the perforated pages so that it is easy to ensure patient privacy. My only dislike is that by keeping the format when the note book is fully open moving from left to right, patient information is spread over two pages so that if you tear out anything, one patient Meds section and following is on the 1st page of another patients. While I may not order again because of paper usage the notebook is overall a 5/5 because it is able to fit into a white coat or event a FIGS jacket pocket.

Helps me remember to ask all of the history. This grey cover gives the most writing space for the HPI.

I should’ve read the reviews! Not only are the pages upside down, I’m pretty certain the anion gap calculation formula on the badge cards is incorrect! Beware.

Currently a PA student on an urgent care rotation. I love the format and the amount of space in the HPI section. Helps me keep things organized and consistent. I will definitely order again for future rotations.
