If you can't have gluten but love Ramen noodles these are for you! Inexpensive, delicious, individually sized packets take about 5 minutes in boiling water. Our family loves these and we'll keep them on hand. Highly recommend.

It’s delicious and healthy.

It makes a smaller amount of noodles, but it's a serving for 1 person essentially. If you add other things to the noodles, you should be good. They are short noodles, like an inch or two long for a lot of it. I didn't think they'd be that short. It's easy to cook and tastes good though.

Great gluten free ramen noodles! These noodles are very tasty. They do not dissolve into a blob but stay separated and firm. The taste is great. The portions are perfect. I have already purchased these noodles three times and will continue to do so.

These best gluten-free ramen noodles I've come across, and can be used as angel hair too so they're versatile.But this is the fourth or fifth order I've had where I pick up the box of a dozen and it instantly falls apart. All the interior packages are still sealed, so nothing has been tampered with and all the noodles are contained, but the box itself has completely fallen apart multiple times now. Might be a postal issue, partially, but at least part of it is the glue holding the box together. Be warned.

Just what I needed. Each one a small serving for 2. Best Al dente and fresh. Overnite in frig. Makes softer. I like to cook just half, and it takes to any sauce.

I really like them. I cooked them, drained them but I forgot to rinse them. But they were delicious w just butter, salt and pepper.

I love these noodles. I love that they’re portioned and I use them in any dish that I would use noodles for. I love that there’s no white flour. They taste great and they don’t get mushy.
