My kids LOVE these and the taste. To save money, I ordered a cheaper brand and my kids hated them. They requested I spend a few extra dollars to buy this brand again. It seemed more potent as well. They experienced better sleep, less muscle spasms, and seemed more at ease! The taste simply tastes like a fruity vitamin: not chalky at all! My daughter very much struggles to sleep due to her high energy levels, and this calmed her down in about 20 minutes!
