Whats with the belt customerization?

I have 14 inches (by 1.5 inches) of extra velcro belting left over after tightening to fit. Since the end of the belt is finished with a fixed hard plastic plastic "cap" over the end of the belt, there is no way to cut it to size. The fabric and velcro are much too thick to do that - and the fabric would just ravel.

I have 2 cell phones, 6 inches by 1.25 inches thick together. Can they fit in the pocket? Is it tight thickness wise?

Plenty of room in the pocket to fit either phone and perhaps both at the same time. I fit my iPhone 7S, my inhaler, 2x energy gel, 2x liquid IV and still have room for a wad of cash or keys if you need to. Best running belt ever.

Do you feel the water bottle bouncing or bumping in your "behind" while running?

No, I feel nothing at all. The bottle is easy to remove and install back, with out breaking your stride. The pouch is a little snug for an IPhone 6, but it fits and I can run with it. You also have a little room for help pack inside. My long runs have become much more enjoyable. In fact, because of this product. I can now run further and longer, since I am not stuck running a distance that’s easy for me to get back to my sitting water bottle. I can now run 13 miles anywhere, since my bottle of water is right with me.

What is the difference on the “Upgrade” models?

The updated waist pack added side pouch for mobile phone or other small items.
