Bought these items as a set. They look fantastic and were a great price. Slight issue with one item but the customer services at vonshef were excellent. Could not fault them. Would recommend these items

Defected Toaster (Returned)
Was very disappointed receiving my set. Amazon had packed it well. (Damaged) - set kettle up worked as expected. Set up toaster and it didn’t work. (Very disappointed). I’ve had to buy a new set to replace the damaged one, it seemed to take some time in returning the set, for a refund etc., and I was desperate for a toaster as I had given my still very good set away. So I hope my next set is workable. why aren’t these items tested correctly before they leave the seller. There was nouthing wrong with the Amazon box and packaging was very securely wrapped. So I hope the next set is in good working order so I don’t have to go through this procedure again 1. Phoning. 2 waiting for returns form. 3 searching for a place to retuning it.4 and the expense of buying a replacement. And waiting for a refund. It’s a nice looking set, and suits my kitchen. My only reason for purchasing a second set.
