Very bright white
Good solid LED bulb. Construction is first rate. The only issue I have is my fault. I didn't notice that I'd ordered the "daylight" type. They are really bright white. IMO too bright for use in anything that doesn't have a shade like a ceiling fan with open bulbs. If you need very bright light in an area these will get the job done. Don't get me wrong these are great bulbs but realize that they ARE a very bright white color. In the picture you can see the Amazon bulb in the middle section of my kitchen light compared to the two "warm white" on the ends. 2 year update: 5/6 are dead.
I bought a set in 2019 and they worked great and fit great into the overhead fixtures that I had.2 years later and 5 out of the 6 have died well before the 15,000 hour lifetime claim.

I was initially very happy with these lights
I was initially very happy with these lights. They are nice and bright. But in less than a week they have begun to burn out!!! So disappointed. A lot of money to spend and they only last a few days. I would NOT recommend these.

These are absolutely TERRIBLE!
These are absolutely TERRIBLE! I ordered the 16-pack. So far 4 of them have failed and it's only been two weeks. These are all in different light fixtures through-out the house. Non of which are installed with dimming switches. Amazon should keep their name off products that are this poor of quality.

After 6 months, half of the bulbs are dead ...
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. After 6 months, half of the bulbs are dead. I ordered twelve and only have six left that are functional. They act more like a strobe light.

LED's are now ready for prime time, great bulbs..
I tried LED bulbs several years ago but was disappointed by the harshness of the light. I tried four indoor/outdoor floods for use inside and two standard desk/floor bulbs. I put them away and went back to incandescents. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I purchased these and the 60 watt version, both non-dimmables and soft white.Very pleasantly surprised by the 60 and 75 watt soft whites. I wound up replacing just about every bulb in the house, indoors and outdoors. I also purchased indoor/outdoor floods, three E12 candelabra bulbs, 6 globe-type bulbs in a bathroom and am about to retrofit two ceiling fan light kits from halogen to led.The technology seems ready for prime time now. Soft natural light, much less energy consumption and no sacrifice in brightness. No flickering, no hum or any other downside. When I say LED's are more energy efficient, I'm basing this on published info but also the heat incandescents and halogens generate vs LED's. Using an IR thermometer, my indoor incandescent floods check about 185-190 degrees from about 4 feet. The LED equivalent about 90 degrees. In both cases, the temps might be 5%(?) higher than they would otherwise given that they are at a high point in the ceiling where heat collects from the hvac system. The halogen bulbs in two ceiling fans checked about 195 degrees when measured on the external globe, not the bulb. They could be running at more than 200 degrees.Time will tell if the projected life span of LED's is as advertised. If so, they're very likely to outlive me. Before buying, I'd recommend buying test samples from a brick and mortar store where they have a test display. There are different light types, dimmables vs non-dimmables and energy consumption rates. You'll get a feel for the light type and brightness of the bulbs. I prefer my local Home Depot (no affiliation with HD) due to it's customer usable display and wide variety of brands and bulbs. In addition, HD's prices are about the same as Amazon's.

Burned out in less than 3 months.
2 of the bulbs have burned out less than 3 months of purchase. No over use of them; just daily on/off in a kid-free household stairway. They were bright and worked well, but very disappointed that they lasted maybe 200 hours.

Huge bulb doesn't fit light fixtures
This bulb cannot be used as a replacement for regular incandescent bulbs: it's huge and doesn't fit where a regular light bulb would fit. I didn't see it mentioned anywhere in the description. I have other LED light bulbs from a different brand which have exactly the same size as regular bulbs, so it's not clear to my why an AmazonBasics LED bulb had to be manufactured in a non-standard size. At least they should make it very clear and prominent in product description - "THIS IS A HUGE NON-STANDARD BULB THAT WON'T FIT LIGHT FIXTURES".

Bang For The Buck......These Can’t Be Beat!!!
I used them to replace all the lights in the condo on my floor. There were 12 wall scones in total. All lights functioned perfectly and are VERY bright at 5000K. Suddenly people could see quite well in the halls and it in inspired the condo corp to swap them out on all floors. The cleaners could do a better job as they could see the floors much better. For the record there were 23 watts CFL bulbs at 2700K before. An energy saving as well as better light. A win-win.

Fantastic Deal!!
The bulbs all arrived intact & very well packaged. It’s amazing the deal that is offered in comparison to buying them in a store. Not one complaint from our house other than it’s sure hard to hide wrinkles in good light lololBuy them, you’ll be just as happy as we are!

Good value for the price
1st picture is before (with incandescent bulbs) 2nd picture is after, with the LED bulbs from Amazon Basics. Just like daylight. I checked local stores they were selling 2 for 12.99. I bought 16 for about 40 dollars so it is indeed a good value for the price. Now hoping they will last.

No hacen contacto.

Excellent bulbs
Really bright. It is probably a wise idea to be selective about where you use them, because something like a bathroom where a single light fixture can have multiple bulbs would be better served with a few 60 watt light bulbs instead of the brightness of nuclear fission. There is no safety concern since the bulbs actually use very little power. But trying to harness the power of the sun in a bathroom may be a bit much for some people.
