It’s super powerful even on the lowest setting. I used to have a small clip fan that just wasn’t cutting it anymore so I got this fan. And honestly it’s a bit much. I use it to blow cool air on my head when I sleep cause my AC sucks but after like 15 mins (when awake) I find myself needing to rotate it upwards & off my head because it starts bugging me. It’d also be nice if it was controlled by a remote instead of a dial as it sits on a desk a bit over an arms reach from me so I have to get up to turn it off or rotate it. But overall it’s very powerful & does what it needs too.

This little fan is a workaholic! We have three now, and two of them are three years old. The price has doubled since 2020, but they are well worth it. I love how you can adjust the direction the air flows, and the strength of the flow. It really does a fabulous job of moving air. A little bit of a challenge to clean the blades, but it's nothing an air compressor or pipe cleaner tools can't handle.

This fan is perfect for making the bucket AC swamp cooler. We had a different fan. That just wasn’t strong enough. With the unusually hot and dry weather we are experiencing, the condenser on our AC’s are freezing up. Rather than get a swamp cooler, or drop tons of money on a new AC system, we decided to try this. It absolutely is working! It’s great for taking into the garage to work and is portable for working in the yard. If you are looking for a good fan to make your own swamp cooler bucket. I recommend this one. People complained about the stand breaking. We are taking the stand off. So it has no difference for my experience. Outdoor temperature is 95°f. Bucket is pumping out 70.8-70.9°f air.

I live in Los Angeles and it gets hot out here. I also cook in my apartment and would like to get a breeze going if I cook some salmon. I have a home gym (well... apartment gym) with a rowing machine and stationary bike. I have a home office in a walk in closet. Honestly, I have 5 fans (one is also a space heater) in my living space. This one is the best. It's quiet, powerful, and has an impressive range. Sometimes I have forgotten it is on and thought "what's this draft" and it's the fan. Amazing. Not sure if this helps or not, but the sort of "airflow" area is rather narrow. Sometimes I have it pointed at the space heater and it makes the space heater blow MUCH more hot air in a cone of HEAT and it's excellent as the space heater fan is a little weak.

Have had ours for quite some time. Use it every night. Low amount of noise and I like the 3 different settings. Low profile makes it easy to put away or bring on trips. Now have 3 in the house because we liked them so much. Great fan!

Very happy with the fan. Bought to use with my indoor turbo trainer. Fan placed appropriately 2 meters away and the cooling effect is perfectly adequate, in fact, I have reduced the fan speed from setting 3 to 2 as I find this more than enough. Good adjustability. Reasonably quite.

I purchased a Honeywell HT900C fan 15 years and it is still in fine working order. I use it almost everyday now to keep cool in hot and humid weather and to help keep cool my computer. As the hot and humid weather in southern Ontario does not want to go away any time soon, I found the need for a new Honeywell HT900C fan to assist with my cooling needs. I purchased this Honeywell HT900C fan with the expectation of an identical performance as with the one purchased 15 years ago. I was not disappointed with the performance of the new one. It delivers a strong flow of air even at the lowest fan speed setting and is still relatively quiet at this setting. I do not often need to use either the medium or highest fan speed settings but I will admit that the noise generated by the fan increases to a fairly loud level at the highest speed setting. However, I find the noise to be acceptable and after a period of continuous use at the higher speed settings, I become used to the noise and "tune" it out. The fan is designed to be used on almost any flat surface and has mounting holes which allow it to be hung on a wall. The protective grill is removable to allow for cleaning of the grill and fan blades. The power cord is adequately long for most applications and it enters the fan directly in the back of the fan motor. The fan does not oscillate but the air flow is strong and reaches a fair distance away. I am very happy with my second purchase of this Honeywell HT900C fan. I hope to be able to use it for as long as I have been using the one purchased 15 years ago.
