The benefits and quality
I have been using Wild Yam for more than 60+years. I learn about from ladies that were happy of theresults. I was begining to fill that I had menopause after 35yrs. I did not want any medications, I wassuggested to take Foxamax?, but my doctor. I refuse, so I bough the Wild Yam.it helps with several issues women have. The lack of progesteron, good for your digestion, so you do not get fat, etc. It helps you at late age with dryness, I been using it and I am only 95lbs., without menopause problems, of hot flashes. Thanks

I’m not sure yet
I’ve been taking for a little over 30 days for hot flashes along with applying the ointment. I get warm from time to time but no hot sweats at night. I would recommend since my sleep quality has increased.

Needed
I use this product in conjunction with black cohosh for my perimenopause. I started experiencing some hot flashes but this got it under control. I rarely get them now and I feel less irritable. These are easy to swallow capsules. I won’t be without them.

but for what it's worth I recommended them to a friend who also has PCOS and ...
I have PCOS, and bought these as a fertility supplement.Taking two a day, starting at the end of my period, brought about ovulation on CD 14 for the first time ever (I usually ovulate from CD 18 to CD 25, but as late as CD 28). I know some women who take these as a natural progesterone supplement; I can't speak to their utility there. The cycle I got pregnant (the second one I took these), I discontinued them post ovulation and unfortunately lost that pregnancy. I have tried tweaking the dosage and how I take them, but what I mentioned at the beginning of the paragraph is the only thing that produces the result of a "normal" ovulation time. Placebo effect? Who knows, but for what it's worth I recommended them to a friend who also has PCOS and she experienced similar results (no pregnancy, though, because she is trying to get her cycle under control before she TTCs).Also, though this is not the reason I took them, I know some women use this supplement in an attempt to conceive twins. The pregnancy I lost was a singleton, verified by ultrasound.
