I did read some reviews that mentioned the clamp lever was situation at a bit of an odd angle that made it tiresome to use the iron and clamp for extended periods. I did not find this to be bothersome to me and preferred this "problem" over other reviews I read about other curling irons whose clamp lever was too weak and flimsy and ended up bending completely. The only feedback I would share with the manufacturer is that the tip of the iron could be a bit more substantial to protect from burning one's fingers. Then again, the iron did come with a glove for heat protection and this personal preference did not influence me to consider changing my rating.
