Highly recommended
I love this! I wish I brought the full thing but I have other ways to use the wheel and the resistance bands .:) With regular wheel roller and regular resistance bands. I wasn’t able to do a push up or doing the wheel going down or a sit up. But i did it with this . It’s awesome! Highly recommended! I’m an active person but my core is weak. I mostly do cardio and leg work outs.
