Gem Single Edge Blades 10's (Pack of 4) 40 Blades Total

Whether in a box cutter, a scraper or used for building balsa-wood models, these little "gems" are appropriately named! I bought the four-pack because it seems like I'm always running out; these blades are awesome. And now I know exactly where to order them, because I know I'll receive them quickly - well done!!

We use these blades in our scraper to clean the grill at our snack bar in my family's business. This is the best brand! We have tried others because we often can't find these in our town. I was so happy to find them on Amazon.

Reasonable price.

There are things that I need the razor blades for, so it's nice to know I can get them.

MY HUSBAND USES THEM TO SHAVE.

I am an experienced Double Edge safety razor shaver that shaves my neck, face, and entire head. I dropped one of these blades into the Gem G-Bar razor I just purchased and went to town with a really nice lather built up from Figaro Monsieur soap. I would definitely characterize these blades as smooth and forgiving, but also, just not sharp enough to get the job done on my head where the rows of hair are most closely packed and thickest. I was able to decently chip down the hairs on with the grain passes, but the across the grain and against the grain passes just did not achieve any extra effect. I ended up with no pain or blood, but also without a particularly smooth shave. If baby butt smooth is what you are looking for, I advise you go elsewhere.At the end of the day I decided I could not give these blades lower than 3 stars because they did cut the hair well in the with the grain pass, but equally as important, were very smooth and didn't scalp me.

Inexpensive and useful tools for lots of chores, including opening boxes, etc.
