Gray Away Instant Root Cover Up Spray, Dark Brown, 2.5 oz

I am allergic to most hair dyes and I have naturally dark brown near black hair and ever since I hit my 40s I've noticed the dreaded stray gray hairs in various areas my long hair mainly near my crown and around the face. Since I cannot dye my hair, I needed a remedy to cover the grays while looking natural. This was my solution. I tried the other top dye sprays on the market and this one has been my favorite of them all. It provides great, natural looking coverage at a great price and its so easy to use. Even if you can safely dye your hair, this is a great alternative to that because you won't damage your hair. This will probably always be my go to!

I actually use this to cover bald spots. I've lost a lot of hair along with weight. This does a good job of covering the bare spots so I can make styling what hair I have much easier. It didn't have much of a scent, and didn't leave white residue. Very pleased with this product.

I've tried just about every brand of spray, powder, fiber dust and color stick out there to cover up my thinning hair patches. Some of the brands caused scalp irritation but not EVERPRO. My hair is medium dark brown with just a bit of gray. The brown shade of EVERPRO was too light, but the dark brown makes my scalp show through disappear! I don't know the difference between them, but EVERPRO is so easy to spray on evenly. Most of the other brands quickly came off of my scalp and settled into the hair follicle making it look like I had dark spots on my scalp. The best thing about the EVERPRO Grey Away is that it ACTUALLY STAYS PUT. I remains invisibly covering the whiteness of my scalp until I wash it off.! Such a good product! Trust me, if you've been disappointed on the other sprays don't give up until you try this one. It's surprising how well it works and how bad the other stuff out there is. And I am including the expensive stuff that is advertised as being for bald spot cover up.

Love using these when I just need a little bit of touch up hair color. When hubby comes home and says oh we have to go somewhere quick Spritz and I'm on my way

This is a great product to use if you have grey hair roots. I have been using it for several years in between coloring appointments at the hairdresser. It is easy to spray on and can cover a large or small area. Color lasts until it is washed out. Have to be careful when applying because it can stain clothing or the general area around where it is being sprayed.

This spray is pretty handy when you need to reduce the appearance of gray hair. If you have gray at the temples that you want to hide, it's best to have a sheet of paper/cardboard to target the area and avoid overspray. The nozzle is small, but better safe than sorry. The price was better than some other brands ... that's a plus.

This less expensive Everpro grey away instant root touch up, definitely covers my sparse grey at my hairline and some gray on Top of my head, however when I put this touch up spray on in the morning, I assumed the dark brown root cover up spray would be dry by the late afternoon or evening. About 5 pm,I wanted to refresh my hairstyle for an event, using a light comb ,for teasing the crown of my hair for volume. Well I was not happy when the dark brown color was all over my hands, nails, teasing comb & forehead. I am not sure if I received a bad batch of this product during the manufacturing process. This does cover grey, however it’s too stressful when I get dark brown all over my nails etc. and the color won’t even come off my nails when I scrubbed my nails. Amazon customer service was excellent in handling my problem. They gave me a refund, so maybe in a year or two, I can try this product again , especially since I really think the error was in the manufacturing process. Or Possibly, many company’s need to cut costs , and unfortunately ,the quality of the product is not as good as it used to be. I hope this company reads reviews, the price is very good, hope the product is better next time.
