I bought this Dutch oven specifically for my sourdough bread journey, and it did not disappoint. It retains heat beautifully, which is exactly what you want for bread baking, and the ceramic nonstick surface released the loaf easily and cleaned up without any hassle. Beyond bread, it’s also excellent for soups, stews, and other one-pot meals. The 6.5-quart size is generous, heats evenly, and the lid seals well to maintain moisture and temperature. I also appreciate that it’s non-toxic and free of PTFE/PFOA, which was a big factor in my purchase. It is a bit on the heavier side, but it feels solid and well made. Overall, this is a versatile, high-quality Dutch oven that looks great and performs exactly as expected.

Quality construction, non-stick, easy to clean, heats evenly and best of all, no forever chemicals in your food. It’s pricey but worth every penny.

I recently "discovered" Caraway pots and pans and I just love them! So darned easy to clean, and they cook well, much like cast iron without all the cast iron care. They are enamel coated with an aluminum core and the heat is well-distributed. They are non-stick without the toxicity of other non-stick coatings. These should not go in the dishwasher but they practically just wipe clean so there really isn't any need to put them in a dishwasher. I started out with a couple of Caraway frying pans to test them over a bit of time and loved them so much I gathered up a whole set of Caraway pots and pans. Here it is many months later and I still love them. Despite daily use they look and cook like new. I expect they will last forever. This particular pot that I'm reviewing is the perfect size for anything needing a larger pot.

Awesome products! 6 qt is great size Dutch Oven ! Love the steamer insert also! I have multiple size skillets and pots! Sturdy and well made! A breeze to clean! Nothing sticks! But their packaging for shipping is overkill! You need a mechanical engineering degree to access the product through so much heavy duty cardboard packaging! , which Ned withstand a tornado hitting it!! Expensive products but should outlast daily use for many years!❤️

This Dutch oven is absolutely amazing!!!!! I love it so much. I used it as soon as I received it, to cook some turkey wings. I left the pot on and went to run a few errands. When I got back home my food was burnt. But, it wipe right as like it never happened and it didn’t leave my food tasting burnt. I was able to save most of it and continue making my meal as planned and it turned out amazing. My pot has no burn stains and still looks brand new from top to bottom, inside and out. I would definitely recommend this Dutch oven and also add that it is worth every penny I spent on it. Also, it’s not as heavy as the other brands. Great purchase indeed. This large Caraway Dutch Oven Pot is Beautiful! I made tortilla soup and it was so easy to clean! The nonstick coating worked like a charm while the meat cooked to perfection! Everything was delicious! The weight was perfect and not to heavy or light. I highly recommend this pot!

It’s really nice , nonstick you don’t need to add oil . Just make sure to use wooden spoons (on all nonstick) to ensure they don’t scratch and become unsafe. The lid handles get hot but not too hot so you can touch but the lid itself gets hot so be careful . Update after few years.: eventually scratches like all other pots . Pay a bit more get a good quality permanent pot

I love this pot. Incredibly well made, it’s not at all flimsy, has even heat distribution (induction cooktop), and is super easy to clean. Worth every penny. I intend to buy more in this range.

I bought this pot for making rice specifically. Rice tends to stick when cooked, but this pot was amazing for cooking it without one grain sticking. A ceramic pot is the way to go; I have yet to cook other food with it.
