Were your waffles refrigerated or frozen when you received them? I thought they were supposed to be frozen or kept cold, but maybe not? Just checking

The waffles were not refrigerated or frozen. They come individually wrapped in a plastic container. They do not need any kind of refrigeration. I love them and have reordered them several times. A bit expensive but worth the money! I toast them before eating as I love them warm. Great for eating on the run!

Have they been frozen from factory ? The box marking says not to re-freeze once thawed ? Question is did they factory freeze to amazon ?

They're never frozen. They tell u not to re-freez as a precaution if u yourself decide to freeze them to prolong the shelf life.
