**Q: Does this come with a title?**
A: Mine did not.  In the state of IN. the boat and trailer has to be titled not the motor by itself.

**Q: Is this engine powerful enough for a 14 foot open fiberglass skiff?**
A: The 6.5 wouldn’t be. I use it for a 9 foot dinghy. It works pretty good for that. They have an 18 I believe that would be better suited for your needs. This is just my opinion but I wouldn’t even think of getting anything under a 10 for your skiff and a bit bigger would be better. The 18 may be a pretty good fit.
