Another really good salt substitute I use it regularly it gets the job done good for your blood pressure good for overweightness I'm managing quite well and it helps bring the flavor and the taste out of food when you use it

Full strength left a ‘different’ salty taste in my mouth, so I mixed it half and half with table salt. This was successful, giving real salt flavor with no discernable difference from 100% table salt. Also, I used less of the mixture than I would have using 100% salt. Definitely pleased with the product so far. The acid test was on my daily popcorn…….success!

It’s good enough! If you put too much it has this bitter taste but if you put the right amount this tastes very close to salt.

This has made a big difference in my blood pressure by using this instead of salt I lowered my sodium intake a lot.

This is definitely not regular salt, but as others have stated, if you use a *small* amount and not the normal amount like it is regular salt, the flavor is not too bad and better than no salt at all. The biggest issue is the container's pour openings are *way* too big, making it difficult to sprinkle a small amount out. The best way to handle this is to empty the container out using the pour opening into a regular salt container with much smaller openings. I would give this product 4 stars if it weren't for this.

As a salt substitute, it’s kind of weird but doable. I really bought this because I wanna make my own electrolyte water flavors at home, and this stuff is pure potassium. People don’t really understand that. It’s a necessary nutrient disguised as a salt substitute.

This is the only salt sub I can stand. The plus side is it gets you buy and helps. However, it doesn’t exactly taste like common table salt so there is an adjustment to the taste buds. It tends to work best when used post cooking. Using it in recipes that call for salt or while food is being baked/cooked/ fried doesn’t work as well. One more negative is they have recently changed the container, it’s smaller, and the lid leaks. So, I just leave the lid in the closed position and the salt sub comes out anyways. Horrible lids!

But I thought I needed to. I didn’t have high hopes for this stuff. But WARNING you only need the tiniest bit of this no salt substitute compared to how much you would use if this was salt otherwise the taste is way to overpowering and strong. But if you put the smallest amount it tastes almost identical taste salt! I have heart failure so I’m on a sodium restriction & it was really limiting what I could eat & make, not anymore thanks to this stuff. I’m so excited that I tried & found this brand :)

I bought this product as I had heard that it tastes exactly like salt. Unfortunately , this is not true for me. It has very strange " taste" and it remains my mouth after eating. Or to be accurate, it cause strange feeling in mouth. I can't tolerate with this feeling and will toss away the product sadly. It may work with others but not for me.

I’m not a big salt person so this does the trick although you have to find the right balance. It is an acquired taste

This tastes just fine and does the trick to replace salt. No complaints there, however, some people are using these to make supplements. I purchased this for that reason, but decided against it after carefully reading the labeI. I suppose it's okay to do this? but this is not pure potassium. There are additives, and I'm not sure how one's body would react to large quantities of these additives. Check yoself before you wreck yoself.

Would not buy again very expensive.
