Absolutely do not stick to inside of shoe...not even long enough to stick your foot in. Dissatisfied.

Works well when the sticky side sticks, but that's not very often.

Did not stick to the shoe well so it fell off.

These pads are good enough for the price, especially when you get 30 of them. The adhesive isn't all too strong though, so the pads come off easily. Luckily, they can stick right back on (but with less adhesion).
