It gets the job done but honestly I should have gotten a much longer one. I’ve got an average sized schnoz and this was hard to work with

I have several piercings and I have purchased this multiple times. I’ve repurchased because I’ve lost it before because it’s so easy to lose so don’t be like me and it keep it somewhere it won’t get lost. Taking out jewelry and putting it back in used to be such a struggle because I never used a taper. I’ve had multiple surgeries where obviously you can’t have body jewelry in for and using this taper has made the process of putting my jewelry back in so much easier. I highly recommend

totally worked for what i needed, actually got a piercing open that i thought had been closed for years! 10/10 on quality. only reason i take off a star is that.... i received this item which is essentially a blunt sewing needle (if you didnt know what it was for) and it came in a normal sized shipping box? literally one thing in a bag, stapled to a piece of paper.... in a 4x6 box?! theres got to be a less wasteful way to do this, it's almost comically wasteful.

So much easier to get jewelry in since you have to put in the opposite direction. My jewelry didn’t fit tip, but a few tries and slipped right in!

So I bought this to help guide in an 18g titanium threadless labret style push pin nose stud.So trying it for the first time (before putting it through my nose) the bar end of the nose stud fell off the pin side, but it fit perfectly on the opposite side and I was able to get my stud through my nose no problem. Now the stud I had just purchased, so I’m not sure if the sizing for that was off or if it’s the pin. However, I compared my new stud to other known 18g and 20g jewelry I have and it seemed pretty accurate as far as being 18g, so I *believe* this pin may be slightly off, I could be wrong though.

I read all the mixed reviews and on the advice of my piercer, purchased this taper. I have an 18g nose piercing and can only use nose bones. I struggle like mad trying to get any others in. Well, recently, I thought I would try a labret. I heard how hard it was to get in without a tool like this, so I set out to buy it. Well, my labret came, it was a perfect fit on the end of this taper tool. I was so shocked how easy it was to get it. Now I won’t worry about losing a nose ring.If you are considering this, get it.

I have an 18 gauge press fit (NeoMetal) nose labret. I wanted to have a taper on hand just in case I couldn’t make it to a piercing shop and needed to change my piercing. This is the one my piercer recommended and it works great. It holds onto the labret (back part) really well (maybe a little too well).Make sure you’re cautious with the pointy end as I accidentally bent it and had to order a new one. Also, the taper is really tiny. I suggest taping it to something so you’re less likely to loose it.

Worked exactly as needed to thread through an 18g labret backing into my nose !
