Kinesio Tex Gold Finger Print Tape, Black

I have used this tape for years and this brand works the best. I have used it for the reduction of swelling and to heal bruising. I usually cut the tape into strips on one end and lay it over the affected area in a fan pattern. The tape seems to facilitate blood flow to the area, helping to speed the process of healing and reducing inflammation. I had surgery on my arm and I used this tape to help heal the incision. I prefer the black and tan colors just so that I can wear it to work and not feel like it's a huge clash with work attire.

Not adhesive . Poor when compared to other products of same company ( blue and pink tapes) . Doesnt stay for atleast 2 hours even after following all instructions.

Very useful item to relax the muscle and stay without pain after running, workout or sport's session. Much recommended.
