My first sniff I thought — this isn’t what I expected from something called Night Air. The name suggested ozone, something cool and aquatic. What I got instead was something softer and far more elegant. Velvet-like. A light gardenia, a whisper of jasmine, something faintly green underneath. Rich but cool. Quiet but complex. It took me a minute. And then it took me completely. As someone actively learning fragrance making and training my nose with fragrance oils, I’ve been building a reference library of scents that teach me something. Night Air earned a permanent spot in that library — not because it smelled like its name, but because it made me rethink what a name even means in perfumery. This doesn’t smell like night air literally. It smells like the feeling of a cool evening wrapped in something luxurious. There’s a texture to it that most fragrance oils don’t have. It’s atmospheric rather than literal, and that distinction matters enormously in fine fragrance. I kept coming back to it. That’s always the tell. If you’re a maker, a blender, or just someone who appreciates something genuinely elegant — this one rewards patience.

The scent isn't what I thought - it is more like perfume than fresh air. I gave it to someone else. But it was still a nice scent, and it gets 5 stars for the quality of the oil and the great service.

I love P&J oils. I've been buying them for a few years now. I've bought then off amazon, and sometimes straight from their website. You can make your own boxes on they website. They have TONS of scents, things I couldn't even imagine. I have been please with every oil i've bought, which is a lot of them. Recently I ordered two and the package was damaged in the mail so it arrived empty. They quickly sent me two replacement bottles, thanks P&J! I think my favorite scent at the moment is probably the bamboo. Start there if you need a suggestion!

The product has a great smell to it but it doesn't last very long. Its like a deep aroma of a big bed of flowers mixed with an earthy smell. In my opinion it lasts maybe 20 minutes or so then disappears from the room. I have a diffuser that stays on for a maximum of 6 hrs so I can get that much from it! But atleast it's not an overpowering smell that lingers especially if you don't like it when you try it! But it does smell good!

Purchases several of these oils. Put them in my Morrican perfume bottles purchased here on Amazon. Highly recommend OCEAN BREEZE and NIGHT AIR!!!. Sensual, provocative but not overwhelming.

I use this in my laundry detergent. It’s amazing. The scent is so calming. Having freshly washed bedding with this scent seriously will about put me to sleep. Granted, I need around 1.5 oz of it to make my detergent (5 gallons at a time)...I would say the price is pretty great.

Night air in my experience smells like just plain old cold air, maybe a tiny touch of dirt smell, wet grass and/or filtered smog LOL but this is just a weak flower smell. Take your creators out to a field on a cold dark night and let them take a few slow long sniffs of the air and process. It's lovely... and hard to recreate, but we can try.

The fragrance is clean and amazing.
