I bought this cowboy hat for my friend, and he absolutely loves it! The craftsmanship is really impressive, and it looks fantastic on him. I'm glad I chose this hat because it was the perfect gift!

Let me start by saying that I love the construction of this hat. A lot of reviewers have complained about the stiffness of this hat but that’s honestly the point. It has to be broken in, so expect that if you buy this to wear it occasionally rather than every day, you may have to deal with it being stiff for a while. Which also means that this hat will last you eons 😉Let’s touch on what I dislike about this hat. The sizing is obnoxiously wrong! Medium feels more like a child size. Expect to size up 1 or even 2 sizes depending on how you want it to fit or in my case, to accommodate my hair 😓Overall, if I would have known that my usual hat size wouldn’t even fit on my head, I would be keeping this hat but I’ll be returning it and getting the correct size.

The hat itself looks awesome. Only problem I had is that I gave it to the post office awhile ago and haven't received my refund. I needed it one size up. But who wants to pay twice for the same product.

I ordered this hat for a friend’s upcoming birthday. Unfortunately I left it in the box until the event to keep it nice & clean. By the time I opened the box, I saw what a dismal product it was. First of all, it runs ridiculously small. Completely useless. It also is hard as a rock. There’s no bend or give there whatsoever. And the quality is rotten. $65 for this stupid thing, (which is a lot of money for me),and past the point of return. I wish I had opened it when I first got it because it would have gone right back. I’ve tried to contact the seller, but Amazon won’t let me through because it’s past the return date. Ugh. Don’t buy anything from this seller.
