What I like about this product is it contains Kelp and Pumpkin seeds. I’ve never purchased zinc vitamins like this. Zinc helped heal and grow my hair back. I’m vegan so I wasn’t getting enough Zinc. They’re very easy to swallow and no smell. Initially I was told it would be 2wks before its arrival. I received it in 7 days.
