Sturdy relatively inexpensive seat, that can be refurbished years later...
PRO:1. Arrived on time, packaged well and is brand new.2. Has (had) little protective plastic corner pieces that they tell you to remover before use. Wonder, will those areas wear out or tear sooner than the rest of the seat?3. Folds down fairly tight / flat, so saves space, yet not too thin to make seat uncomfortable.4. Strap / carry strap is nice.5. Metal frame, and the whole thing can be disassembled if needed for restoration in the future.CON:1. Paint looks kinda cheap, so it may chip, crack or fade, so we'll see.2. As mentioned by another reviewer, it's NOT easy to clean. I picked this up with dirty hands and then went to clean it, and now you can see the marks. Not a big deal for me, plan on covering this with CLOTH.3. Careful sitting down on these after they've been in the sun and you're wearing shorts, FEEL THE BURN!OTHER:1. Vinyl makes my butt and back sweat, so I'll have to make / buy some sort of seat covers made out of cotton.2. Wish this came in WHITE. Yes white gets dirty faster, but anything other than white absorbs the HEAT.3. You'll need to remove the backrest of the seat to remove the cardboard protection.4. BUY if you want a sturdy relatively inexpensive seat, that can be refurbished years later.5. DON'T BUY if you think this is a the Cadillac of boat seats, it's not, but it works.

Great for deer hunting
I was looking for a strong and sturdy “seat”with a back for ground hunting. I hunt within a 1/4 mile from the cabin, therefore carrying this a long way wasn’t a concern. This is the most comfortable I’ve been ground hunting for 10 years.If you are going a long way or hiking up a mountain, the weight may not make sense, however for close areas it’s great. Even for longer distances the option to carry it out and place it ahead of time would work (especially if going to the same spot for several days). Works like a hot seat but warmer and much more comfortable than a three legged stool.

Great for the price. And very durable. But seat coshion not that thick and after an hour but gets sore.

Nice seat for the money
Purchased this seat for my small jon boat that I pond fish in. Needed something with a back and ability to swivel. Seat works good and I'm pleased with the item.
