As someone who strives for a whole-foods diet, it's difficult to find granola that doesn't have too much sugar while also avoiding vegetable seed oils and any soy products.Fortunately, I stumbled upon Alter Eco, which satisfies both of the above, while still offering good flavor.My preferred way of consuming it is mixed with greek yogurt and some protein powder (whey and collagen). This provides a good nutritional snack profile and (for those who are more focused on it) a decent amount of protein.

I bought this on sale the first time. And now I'm completely hooked on it... I get it full price and I don't care. It's SO good. No added sugar (and low sugar overall). Tastes INCREDIBLE. I avoid refined sugars and sometimes I miss a sweet treat. This is exactly what I'm looking for when I'm missing dessert. LOVE it.

I love this granola so much I use it with yogurt, oatmeal, sometimes just plain milk. Im kind of picky and the last like 6 months this is the only granola Ive used! If you like chocolate I definitely recommend
