B Dancewear Womens High Waisted Brief Adult Sizes Can Be Used As Trunks Shorts Underpants and Performance Dancer Bottoms

I wear these dance pants under my skirts. These are made of lycra, unlike my old ones that I bought at a dance store. I like that there is no heavy elastic at the waist--it looks more slimming. I am 5'8" and weigh 150 lbs. so XLarge worked fine for me. They are very well-made.

Bought these for pole and they are EXACTLY WHAT IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR!! Full coverage front and back, but still high enough on the sides for grip. I was worried they would be too tight around the thighs, but they’re super comfortable. And very cute too! I’ll be buying more!!

Very comfortable fit and did not rise while dancing

I read the reviews that described this as more of a dance or performers garment. I bought it to be a body shaper to wear under form fitting skirts and dresses in the hopes it would be more comfortable than spanx or a traditional nylon undergarment. I was amazed at the comfort of this garment and it shaped my midsection better than any undergarment I’ve ever had. It feels like wearing a bathing suit bottom and I’m going to definitely buy more. I’m 5’8” and 138 and I ordered a medium. I accidentally dried in the dryer and it did not shrink.

The best part is they do not move while dancing so no body tape or glue was needed! My daughter and her teachers love these! They are very modest and she loves the high waist!

Bought these for dance and they are just what I wanted. High waisted, but not all the way up to my bra and the band at the top is super flattering.
