When we received the gel blaster for our 11 year old he was so excited! The blaster looks very cool and came with everything it said it would. We followed all the instructions but couldn't get the gel balls to shoot. My husband found that the drum and magazine both had an issue with the same broken part...the part that actually puts the gel ball into the chamber wasn't working for either the manual or automatic option. The rest of it works fine and the boys love the scope and laser. I contacting customer service and got a response almost immediately I answered a couple questions and they were very helpful. They're sending us a full replacement gun and no additional charge and they have been super nice about it even expediting the shipment. I understand that things go wrong with products sometimes and their customer service is awesome! That is why I gave them a five star! You don't get that a whole lot anymore.

This is the 2nd one of this model I have bought. Both have had feed issues and were unusable. There is an issue with the interface between the magazine and the gun, which causes it to not feed. I thought the first was just a fluke as other models from this provider have work perfectly. That was not so in this case. Update: Customer Service is top notch however and made up for the issue with the toy.

We were super stoked about this blaster! Every July 4th we have a bunch of people come down, and have a war. It arrived before the weekend. Was easy to assemble. And looks sweet when put together. It was all charged up for the weekend. The first day was super fun and it was very accurate. Everyone got a kick out of the laser. However the first day of use we tried to charge it afterwards and for some reason it won’t charge. So I paid $47 for a gun that won’t even charge and is completely useless. My son or husband wasn’t able to be use it the whole Fourth of July weekend. Im pretty bummed considering they had to sit out the whole weekend. Waste of money. Don’t recommend this product at all.

This gun has good quality and has great value. My kid loved it and had lots of fun. Customer service was very good. Will recommend to many people!

Great gel blaster the range goes pretty far, is super fun the durability is super good it took pretty good falls. The only reason this gel blaster doesn’t get a 5 star is because sometimes the drum mag doesn’t work and it jams sometimes but overall is pretty good.

The magazine barely works it only shoots like 3 times and jams if u want this you should get a magazine and not use the one that come with it

We’ve had 4 of these guns in total and 3 of them have broken very shortly after getting them. Very poor quality. I’d look into a different company to purchase from. After leaving my review, the company reached out and offered to send me a new gun or give me $50. I was very impressed! Thank you for making this right for my son!

The gun works great and is extremely fun to use. However mine came with a dysfunctional drum mag and after emailing the company I was able to get it resolved within an hour. They have great service and make a splat gun that is great quality and value. I recommend buying this product.
