My kids and I love your yacon syrup! This is the first time I've tried almitas and the syrup tastes great; it has plum/molasses notes. I use it at breakfast with keto waffles. The high fiber content is awesome and no doubt this one will get your bowels moving. I also like that it comes in a bottle so I guess I've found my new favorite.

When I was a kid, my best friend's family was from Ecuador and they would use Yacon in recipes all the time. It's something that I've been missing for years, it's finally easily available in the US, and it's so easy to order it from Amazon. I've used it in salad dressing and in a pancake recipe so far and, nutrition aside, it's such a delicious compliment! My Yacon arrived quickly and with care. I now have found a sweetener that tastes good and has great fiber for my daily fruit smoothie. Add to that this yacon has probiotics too. This fit what I was looking for and more!
