How do you take care of these knives?

We never put our knives in the dishwasher. We hand wash it and dry and we make sure to store it with the knife guard.

What is the difference between black blade & white blade

The blade blade looks way cooler. :) From Kyocera website: "What is the difference between a black-HIP blade and a white blade?A black (HIP) blade is made out of a black zirconium oxide and offers extra durability. This type of blade goes through an extra firing process called a "hot-isostatic press," creating a tighter weave between the ceramic molecules, thus creating a tougher blade. The white ceramic blade is also made out of zirconium oxide but does not go through this expensive sintering process."

Where do I get resharpen?

Does this knife contain any iron in either blade or handle?

No, it is completely100% ceramic blade with a 100% plastic handle. It is the best chef's knife I've ever had -- just love it!
