Have any of you used this product for making homemade cheese and if so, what were your results?

No, I haven't made cheese with it. However, if cheese can be made with powdered milk, then cheese made with Anchor Full Cream milk powder will be substantially better than cheese made with products available in American stores. Anchor milk is just richer and oddly fresher tasting than locally available brands. Ask the Chinese; they buy Anchor brand milk, not the sometimes poisonous stuff produced in their country.

what is the shelf life?

I just rec'd my can, Nov 13, 2020 - Printed on the bottom of the can: Production Date: 04/11/2019, Best Before: 02/11/2021 - So my just rec'd can was produced 1yr and 7mos ago; and the best before is only 3 mos. away!!!! So shelf life is only 1yr 10mos and the can I rec'd is already 1yr 7mos old. Seems like seller is unloading nearly expired powdered milk - good business, I wonder if mine came via China?? I'd say yes!!!
