**Q: Can you put on top of another insole**
A: I wear these with skechers and they have memory insoles in them. I just put them right over them and they fit nice. They are very comfortable. I have problems with my feet and these came in very handy. I bought 3 pairs for all my sneakers.

**Q: Could I last all day walking in these if I have flat feet?**
A: Probably not...these are molded

**Q: which side faces up?  the indented blue guish stuff or the flat texture side?**
A: The flat, textured size faces the sole of your foot.

**Q: Is there some version for Men 7? I am size on brannock and most of my shoes are 7D.**
A: I believe they will work fine.
