This is a really great women’s multivitamin for women with sensitive stomachs. I’ve been using this over six months.

These are excellent vitamins for people with stomach issues. The only thing is, I had to throw some away because they oxidize quickly. I’ve repurchased several times.

I really haven’t noticed anything other than it does not make me bloat or burp that nasty vitamin taste all day. Which is plenty for me. I recommend; especially if you have GI issues like I do.

Been trying to find a vitamin that has 100% RDA for my 15 YO daughter - this is it! She needs iron and this has Sunactive ingredient so it’s gentler on stomach-she hasn’t gotten sick or felt nauseous. Vitamin even has potassium (it’s a low RDA) and selenium (for good thyroid health). Wish it had higher magnesium. Little large but no issues swallowing for her or after taste or smell. Seems to have more energy too. Still evaluating effectiveness but so far so good.

An Iron form that’s easy on the stomach and I only took one pill a day. However, I’d prefer not to have biotin in it as I suspect it might have been throwing off my TSH levels on blood work. I’ve stopped taking and am going through more blood test to rule out a potential false negative from suspected Biotin.
