Anyone know where these Metabo drills are made?

They are made in Germany. There are some good company videos about them on Youtube.

Is this a three-speed or two speed hammer drill

Hello there! The Metabo SB 18 LTX BL I is a 2-speed hammer drill. Low speed 0-550, high speed 0-2000.

Does it have a trigger lock (cruise control)?

I have been using Metabo products as my 1st choice in Asia while they were with power cords. The only problem to me with this tool is the battery is not able to be locked with the hammer drill stably. I returned mine as a result.

Does this come in factory packaging?

It comes in the factory case. I would assume that is how they are normally sold by the dealers. Stickers and manuals were pristine and untouched. No scratches. It looks and was brand new.
