Review: It’s a Pan, Jim … - I’ve had two other All Clad pans for 20 odd years and they are both still like new. This latest sibling feels less substantial although to be fair it is easy to cook with and easy to clean. Heat distribution is excellent meaning lower settings and presumably lower bills. Just a shame about the “build quality”. Not awful but not so fabulous as it used to be. I’d buy one again though.

The depth is great and also very easy to clean. I used it like a wok to do pan-fry. It is of good material but not too heavy to carry. The price is reasonable too. Love the cover too, interestingly the cover is a bit on the heavy side
