Raw fruit nuts are supposed to be soft and don’t become hardened until they’re roasted, which again, these aren’t. They taste great, they’re unsalted, and there’s a good balance between the different kinds of nuts and a decent mix of each. No seed oils, genuine high quality raw nuts, and the bag I bought came fresh and expires more than a year from now. I looked at multiple options and ultimately decided on these as they’re the best bang for your buck in terms of health and quality, and if you like salt you can always add that after or buy some of their other nuts.
