Does this come with changeable blades or is it signle use?

It doesn’t have extra blades but it can be washed reused. The blade is detachable though so you could buy changeable blades.

I have the quattro atm id yhis the upgraded version? Is there a sucky holder to stick to the wall like the quattro?

It is slightly different than the quattro one especially the razor end. The other thing is the metallic trimmer part which I found to be less sharper than the previous one so more comfortable while using it for shorter length. And it doesn’t come with a suction holder.

What are 4 trimming settings in mm, please?

It just means the little guard on the bikini trimmer can be pulled out or pushed in to adjust trimming length!
