We purchased this July 2,2025. We used the pump for two months and then my husband drained the pump and stored it in our barn. He took it out this July 2026 to set the pool back up. When he plugged the pump in it no longer worked. I know it has been past the return policy and I would not have reached out but you expect to get more than two months out of a pool pump! I reached to Amazon and they would not help me at all! They provided me with info to reach out to the seller and I haven’t heard anything from them yet! I didn’t buy the pump from the seller of the pump I purchased from Amazon and would have thought they would stand behind their sellers—wrong, wrong and even more wrong! I have been happy with Amazon in the past but they have definitely failed me this time!
