They have a nice taste to them and I hope they are doing what I bought them for… Adding extra fruit and veggies to my everyday diet.

Was reco to take this while I'm taking GLP-1 for weight loss to help combat slowed down digestion and constipation. Does that for sure. Not sure about the energy boosting effects. Tastes great. I'm only taking one per day, not the 2 per day that's reco on the label. They are pretty pricey.

Easy to use and taste good. I like that it only two gummies a day versus others that are more a day. They have helped me with my digestion and make me feel good.

I don't know if these work or not. Like most gummy vitamins, these don't really taste very good and as a result, I don't take them. So, I don't know if they are effective or not. I'd rather just swallow a vitamin pill or capsule.

I've had these for a few days and I really like them! The raspberry flavor is pretty spot on and doesn't have any weird aftertaste. They do have a distinctive "greens" smell but it's not distracting and you don't taste it. The texture is a bit off but I expect that. It's a healthy gummy, not Haribo people! Still....WAAAY better than the powders. Take 2 and you're done! I'll definitely be adding these to my morning regimen.

We were looking for something to help our son with lack of vegetables intake. He is on the spectrum, and has texture and textile issues when it comes to food. At first, he was not thrilled about the look and color, and now he finds them very tasty and takes them daily in the mornings. Will definitely keep the monthly supply order on these going. There are not many competitors out there that have gummy form of a Spinach vegetable and that smells and tastes good, along with other Green veggies. Excellent product.
