Software is extremely difficult to use
Any software they have provided is extremely difficult to useIf you are a small business owner get ready to spend alot of time on it!It gets blurred, no proper support and page setting for pdf, i end up doing alot of manual task editing and then adding my image to their app, which gets blurred.I had to send entire amazon fba shipment with blurred label bcz their customer support is not good at all.And i am a tech person, i know my way around the application, software and machines. Not worth it, go for some foreign brand even if it's somewhat expensive you will save alot of time.I am not finding good use of it, total waste, it's easy to print these on a4 paper and paste with tape then to use their software and spend 2 3 days figuring out what to do with it and it still won't work!Very disappointed i should have returned it but i was thinking of using an indian brand to support indian manufacturer
