Will not rust , I would buy again

I upgraded to a spectre 8" but on my car, there's not much difference except the sound. If all you care about is the longevity and/or the little bit of middle powerband gains on a small NA engine, then go for it, the price is right and it's compact for easy install. Otherwise, if you just want the most obnoxious optics or intake sound possible, the rule is always go big or go home.

Excellent filter. There are no weak points as the entire filter is one solid piece. Nothing on it spins or moves. I like that it is cut for 3" pipe and is not a one-size-fits-all format. Price and quality are great. Easy to install. My go-to performance filter.

I used it to replace another filter on my MR2 (AW11), and it looks pretty good. The intake doesn't sound as good as the filter it replaced (which had a section on the front for also allowing air through). But overall I'd say this works for being a nice filter that'll last a good year or two without needing any maintenance.
