Chain keep coming off. Have tried tightening. Works for a while then falls off. Other than that it does cuts the limbs.

Used the equipment and it performed relatively well but chain wore out and now can't find a replacament. Similar to the review above, I contacted customer service which directed me to Lowes and HD both of which don't carry this unique chain which I cannot find online either - chainsaw is now worthless!

I needed a chain replacement as the original one got damaged and dislodged. I purchased two chains for typical 8-inch guide bars, but both did not fit. So I contacted their customer support who said I would find them in either Lowe's or Home Depot. I brought the Equipmaxx chainsaw to local stores, both Lowe's and Home Depot did not find a compatible chain. I contacted the customer support again and was provided some details of their chain and was told to find it on Amazon. Their chain turned out to be very unique and I did not find any compatible chain despite my best efforts. I got back to the customer service, then they STOPPED REPLYING to my messages. It does have a reasoable pricing, but the buyer should be aware of their poor customer serrvice and replacement parts unavailable in the US.!! Addendum!!After multiple communications with the customer service, they finally found a shop that sells a compatible chain. However, it took long time, and I made unnecessary efforts and wasted money, which was of course unpleasant.
