How could I use this on my bmw e46?

I used this product on mt 2011 E350 , purchase car used about a year ago.. had this terrible odor when i got it..tried everything to get rid of it and finally this product did the job.. so far i have not gotten smell back again but i have only been using my AC about a month now.. so far no problems. i recommend for now.. i cant say if smell will come back but will post if it does.

Is it only works when you send it thru evaporator hose or I can send it from ac which is blows air in the car?

Yes, drain tube is best. I know someone that used a can in their car vents and the foam made it to the fan and ruined the ventilation fan motor.
