These are just awesome for working out with kettlebells. I highly recommend them. They're a great fit. They look really good as well. I think they're super durable. I've washed them a few times, no problem. They come on and off and they adjust really easily around the wrists. They're very soft on the wrists so it's not hurting you at all but it does protect you against the kettlebells with the plastic which is great and super easy to use. Great value for money. Highly recommend this.

Yes, absolutely took most of the KB impact off of my wrist/forearm while I was learning to control the KB. Good product at an affordable price point. Only a 4 star review because they don't "stay put" and require a little adjusting throughout my workouts.

They work great. Saving my wrists before I was injuring my wrists and didn’t really know how it was happening, it was a delayed pain but I thought I was getting “carpal tunnel” anyway great stuff!

these are pretty high quality, seem way more comfortable than the ones with the velcro straps. And the guard has strength similar to soccer or skateboard shin guards, pretty much is a soccer or skateboard shin guard for your wrist. But if your a bigger person with large wrists, might be a little tight for you.

Soft and comfortable, but with lightweight 'hard' protection built in. So simple. Fits snug but can still shift (rotate) a bit during use. but easy to reposition. Feels good in use, especially as a nooby - No more bruising my skinny arms!

These are great for level 3 Kettlebell classes where single handed KBs are used to prevent bruising on the wrists. The plate can move so ensure it's readjusted every so often to maintain protection.

As a baseball umpire, I'm a very big guy, and I was also a football player. This made me believe that I could take a beating and not be too hurt after being hit by a baseball. My fellow Umpires told me about these wrist guards and encouraged me to look into them after my first response was "No". After taking a Direct Pitch square off the wrist while umping a baseball game I took back my words and immediately after the game, I ordered these and they have been a Life Saver and a Game Changer for me on the baseball diamond.
