Review: defective, stopped working only after 4 month - This supposed to be a hospital grade pump which should last for many years. However, after I bought this product only for 4 month, the pump stopped working. It constantly shut off by itself.

**Q: Is this the Plus program card which has the initiation mode for building supply?**
A: Yes

**Q: Is it good?**
A: This is a wonderful pump!  I owned its predecessor which I used for all five of my children, my sisters used it for theirs, and after a tune-up by Medela it was passed down to my daughter-in-law to use for my grandchildren.  All told, my pump was used to facilitate the feeding of 19 babies over 30 years.  I purchased the Symphony Plus because our extended family is large and babies are being born close together.  This newer model is improved in several important ways.  It is much easier to regulate the suction rate.  It is lighter and easier to carry around.  It has some helpful new special programs to assist a new mother to get her milk supply going well.  I have no reason to suspect that this newer model will not hold up for a couple of generations too.  It is an investment, but one that will hold its value for years to come.

**Q: Is this the plus program card?  does it have the initiate mode or it only has the maintaining mode?**
A: It is the plus. It has both the initiate and maintain modes. Hands down so much better than other pumps. Zero regrets.

**Q: This is advertised as the symphony plus but the picture shows 2.0 what product is this exactly?**
A: This is a medela Symphony Plus pump which i believe they also call it a 2.0 so its the same thing.
