I really like these metatarsal pads. They are soft, comfortable, and fit the foot well without feeling too bulky. I’ve used them with different types of shoes, and they have made walking more comfortable while helping reduce pressure on the front of my foot. I also like that they come in a two-pair pack, so I have an extra pair available. Overall, I think they are a great value for the price and a practical option for anyone looking for added comfort and support for their feet. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am using these metatarsal pads to help with my bunion pain; I prefer using them at night, as I find them a bit uncomfortable during the day since they slip around inside my shoes. I have noticed some improvement, but I am not yet completely satisfied with them.

I have a couple of claw/hammer toes on one foot. This really gets the ball of my foot in some pain. The only thing that seemed to help were toe spacers, but the spacers between your toes were kind of wide. I always read the reviews and a few people talked about how difficult they could be to put on. A little lotion on your toe area/ball of foot really helps getting these on correctly. I think these are going to really help. Toe pain was going away as soon as I put them on.

Comfortable and helped my metatarsal pain. However after wearing approx. 10 times the gel became very sticky. When wearing in a flip flop the gel pad would make a noise as you walked because of the stickyness. Disappointed as it does help with my pain

Before I purchased these gel pads I bought some that only had one toe-ring on them to secure them to the foot. Big mistake! As soon as I pulled my socks over them they simply bunched up everywhere making it impossible to keep them flat and in place. These, however, are just the ticket. They have support holes for each toe making them extremely stable and they actually provide the protection one would expect because they stay in place, even after pulling tight heavyweight socks over my feet. I also bought some fabric metatarsal pads with gel pads sewn inside, and, although they stayed in place, they were uncomfortable because they were too thick. If you try these, I think you'll be as amazed as I am. As an avid runner, these have begun to make a big difference in the comfort of my runs and the conditions of the metatarsal pads in the front of my feet. UPDATE: Since the seller offers a 3-year free replacement warranty on these, I have been using the same pair since November 8th whenever I would run. The attached picture shows how one of the pads has deteriorated in just that period of time although the one for the right foot is still doing fine. I am going to contact the seller to see how they handle this issue and I will provide another update. I still like how these worked before the one started coming apart, and, pending the outcome with the seller, I hope to report back that they stand behind a product that does actually work.

Not sure they do anything, but only used for two days. Very comfortable.u

It fits perfectly and feels very comfortable. The gel is super soft, doesn't hurt at all, and helps rest my feet while walking. Highly recommended!

This item arrived quickly and in good shape. There were a number of reviews that did say something about this item being difficult to put on or keep on your feet, but there were enough positives reviews that I decided to try it. It really was a hassle to try to get these on off five toes and then once you do, it doesn’t stay on because it’s a very stretchy spongy soft material. I think with some improvement they would work really good but they just want for me but they might move just fine for you!

Product is probably great but with my arthritis I just could not put them on by myself. Too difficult to get all toes in the openings.

The product is actually good, but broke after a couple of days I wore it. Too bad, really liked it, but it's definitely not working on the long run.
