Works a treat. Quick cool was as described. Just dont shake it too much otherwise cools it too much. Strong build and both flasks seem like they will last past my second child at this rate. Holds a good amount for home use and when outdoors most the time. Saves huge amount of time cooling it down with cold water in the mug method. Defo recommend those with new babies.

I do love this but just ordered a new one and ooo great a new formula pot but it’s come with a cracked lid, shame as they are always so handy!

Was recommended by a friend and I am glad she did. I am quite old school with boiling the kettle and cooling it down manually. This is product was not available when I had my first child. The difference in time is amazing and to have a screaming hungry baby in the background time is precious. As most will use the cooling flask with the ready made feed, I cool the hot water instead so i can use without having to deep wash whilst out and about. You can get around 2-3 feeds depending on amount of water needed. The sizes make them portable and fits perfectly in the outside pockets of my baby bag. The grey flask keeps the water hot for hours. The white cooling flask works well and has been a lifesaver at night feeds in my early stages of bed rest. Can be used for any time of day. Full price was slightly too much for me so waited for offers and managed to find one. I would say the outside could have been made so it wasn't so any accidental scratches were easily visible. That may have something to do the technology used to cool the milk/hotwater very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Purchased in July but have only started using now due to breastfeeding. Probably my fault for not checking the product when I received it, but one of the lids doesn’t work at all and the other needs to be tapped about 20 times before a light shows. The fill line markings in the flask are so poorly designed. You can barely make them out and you have to catch them in the perfect position in full light, so completely useless if you are in low light. Then when you pour boiling water in and the bottle steams up, good luck trying to see anything. The rapid cool bottles aren’t insulated which I wasn’t expecting, so watch out you don’t scald yourself when you make up the formula. First time I made it it took forever to cool. Second time it seemed to cool almost immediately, so something doesn’t seem right. Finally - you can’t steam sterilise any of the lids! So I now have to make up 5l of water with a Milton tab just to sterilise the lids. I purposely got a steam steriliser to minimise water waste! As for the bottles themselves, they’re even too long for my steam steriliser. Basically an overrated product and I don’t recommend.
