Broke 1st retrieve.
Took this out to the coast and cast out just fine. Went to retrieve the bait and the pole snapped in half. Pretty disappointed, seemed like it might work out, but didn’t even make it past 1st reel in.

Fishing rod
This rod is very good for the price I used it on two week trip held up very well. The only thing I would like different is to have a padded handle at the bottom but it works fine fishing from the beach.

Good looking rod. Handles well. Finish on the rod looks great. (If your into camo) Even came with a roll up bag to store it in.
