Insulin Life 25 Pack - Dexcom G4 G5 Adhesive Patch - CGM Waterproof Patches

I really am impressed with how well this sticks! The only "extra" thing I did before slapping this on was to clean the entire area with an alcohol swab, just to make sure oils or products wouldn't compromise the adhesion. It's stayed perfectly, even in the shower. It hasn't gotten itchy either, and I have pretty sensitive skin.I don't actually wear a Dexcom, I wear Medtronic's Guardian. I trimmed the inner cutout to fit it, which was pretty easy to do. I normally have to use more than their included tape to get it securely attached, and it would get ugly and peel at the etches pretty fast. It also just didn't feel very secure after showers. I'm loving this patch as an alternative to multiple layers of dressing tape!

I have used Insulin Life/Dexcom Patches G4/G5.....This is the first time using any patches for the Dexcom. I am very excited about these patches. I was drawn to them because of the notes on senative. My skin is so senative, that I have such a hard time with any type of bandage adhesive. I have only use two of these so far and my skin has not broken down at all. I have to be real honest and one thing.....I am going on 62 and I love the flowers, but, I have cut the petals off of the first two and they still stay on really well. I would like to know if Insulin Life makes any other designs? Thank you for making this product.

Works great for everyday use and showering. My daughter is young and showers 3-5 times a week. They stay on. However, one day in the ocean or pool and they are falling off. We were getting about 1.5 - 2 days out of them with excessive swimming. It wouldn’t have been a problem, but it was actually pulling off the dexcom adhesive. At one point, my daughter had 4 of these covers on top of each other. I would just trim down the one falling off and put one on top.We will still use these for everyday adhesives but keep looking for something good while swimming.We tried them with and without skin tac.

These are a great idea and a must have for swimming etc. BUT, I found a couple of problems with them. First of all it is very difficult to get the backing off the patch. Then it is very difficult to get it to fit over the transmitter and actually stick to the device tape and skin. Inevitably I end up with folded over ends and the adhesive sticking to itself or other places it shouldn't. I can make it work but if there were cuts in the backing it would make backing removal and application so much easier.

We’ve tried multiple kinds of stickers to hold her dexcom sensor on and these hold them on better than any of the others! We’ve used these stickers with the G5 and the G6 and they work great with both! We very rarely have to use a second sticker during the 10 days that her sensor is on. If we spend a lot of time swimming she might need a second one. Our daughter is only 4 and these fit her arms and anywhere else just fine. We love these!

So far we have only had these for a day and they seem pretty awesome. Those with the questions of if they will fit the G6 they will. You have to stretch the circle a slight bit but it fits very well. My daughter showered this morning and it is still sticking. So we will see.

I love these flower tapes. They are great. I don't use them for insulin, I use them to cover my pain patch. They work fantastic. The hole makes it where my patch is not 100% covered up, but the end are covered. It fits perfectly around so that my patch doesn't peal up on the edges and not work for me. And it's also cute on top of that. This has to be the best thing I have found for my patchs. And they're cloth like too not plastic. I've even gotten into our spa tub with the Jets going and these patches NEVER moved.

I like these quite a bit. However, they are difficult to apply by myself. It would be nice if the backing was split in the back so that you could apply it in 2 sections. I usually end up going thru several to try and get one on or I just wait until my husband comes home from work.Great product, just difficult to apply.

Brilliant product. Well packaged. I have used several different patches for my dexcom and these are my favourites. I always use skin tac first to help it stay on. With other patches I get approx one week by doing this. With these patches I have had 2 and half weeks with no peeling. Highly recommended and look great too.

Love this stuff, I believe the hole for the dexcom transmitter is a bit too big (a bit complicated to put) but it stayed on for two weeks without any problem! Better than other-not-as-cute brands!

Size should be given in description of patch, to big for purpose.
