its the OG, it works, it tastes good, its cheap, and it provides a bump in energy. Its not for caffeine addicts as its lower in caffeine.

I do my workouts at 6am so I could use a boost at that time of day. I've tried a few different types of pre workout products. Some have been herbal or Ginseng related and some have been caffeine backed. I must say that the best results have contained caffeine. I'm not a coffee drinker so my only caffeine intake throughout the week is my pre-workout powder. So perhaps it impacts me more since I haven't developed a tolerance. That being said, this product really gave me a jolt on my first usage. I took it about 15 minutes before my workout and definitely felt much stronger and wide awake versus my previous product. The taste is pretty good also so no problem drinking it. I'll give this a recommend.

The Cherry Limeade pre-workout flavor was a bit sweeter than I anticipated based on its title. I was hoping for a tad more tartness to balance it out. However, taste aside, it did an excellent job preparing me for my workout. The C4 brand has consistently delivered in terms of effectiveness. Despite my preference for a more balanced tartness, I'll explore a different flavor next time, but I still have high regard for the C4 brand.

Been drinking C4 for years and it works great. Gives me the energy boost for a good workout. I try not to take it too often and I try not to take it too late in the day or else you will have trouble sleeping. Taste is great, much better than the C4 in a can.

Of all the pre-work outs I've tried C4 in my opinion is the best. This product is slightly spicy which I don't recall in the past. Has cayenne in it so watch if you are allergic.

Cherry limeade flavor. Tastes a little like child medicine, which I will admit will sometimes encourage me to work out when I didn't want to, also treating the workout like medicine. If that doesn't sound like an endorsement, it's because it isn't. I've bought other flavors and been satisfied and probably will buy this brand again. Just not chery
