This is an affordable squat pad! But the best part is the quality. I use mine predominantly for hip thrusts. It works better than ANY pad or method I've ever used while lifting weights. The pad is firm, yet comfortable under heavy loads. It also comes with it's own case and straps for when it's not in use which is a nice bonus! It will help keep the pad in peak condition in between my lifting sessions. I also like the thickness of the pad. I hip thrust heavy enough that all the other pads I've used still give me horrifying bruises on my hips after my lifting sessions that involve the hip thrusts! This pad left me bruise free!!! No more icing hips after leg days! I was not given any incentive to write a positive review! I am writing this on my own free accord because I am fully satisfied with this squat pad and am confident you will be too.

Carrying bag: GarbageThe bag was nice until the top unraveled and the string fell out. This bag was used *once* a week for about 1-2 months. Very cheap. Clearly a gimmick to make the product seem like a deal.Velcro straps: GarbageThe (2) Velcro straps were also great, until they snapped in half. Closer inspection revealed that they were crafted in such a way that virtually guarantees failure. These straps failed BEFORE the carrying bag did. Very cheap. They’re both useless now. Again, these items were apparently just cheap throw-ins to make the product look like a better buy.The Pad: NiceThe Pad is legit. It does what it’s supposed to do.It stays in place. Not as secure without the straps, but it’s secure enough to have been sold without the cheap accessories and still be a good product/buy. The ergonomic neck “slot” in the center is helpful. I like it.Verdict: Ignore the carrying bag and the straps. They’ll fail you after just a few uses. The Pad is what’s worth buying here. If there’s a less expensive, equally rated Pad that doesn’t include the straps, consider buying that one instead. Otherwise, this one is fine.

I bought this for gym because I don’t like using those at my gym and I felt like I needed more support. This gives the support I need and is really comfortable. It does not feel bulky although it’s thick.

Very good quality - foam feels pleasantly solid and comfortable at the same time.Without them I sometimes had a discomfort around my neck area - now with it, I fell I can make that extra effort :) so for me they work just fine and give me a boost with my workouts.Recommended.

Exactly what I needed. The weight bar was killing my neck and shoulders. Thanks to this squat pad is not happening anymore. The product is easy to use and has the perfect form. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Very well made, quality product. It comes packaged really nicely and it comes with a carrying case. Price is a bargain considering the quality of this item. Totally recommend!
